This apartment complex is located directly opposite Byron main beach in one of the most central and pristine positions in Byron, a mere 100 metres from the landmark Beach Hotel.
The complex is three storeys high and offers a variety of views from the units to the beach, to the common area courtyard and to the hinterland to the west. All units have balconies or outside terraces nestled within the tropical landscaped grounds. The complex has a lovely swimming pool and barbeque area at the front of the buildings so you enjoy views over to the sea.
The apartments are within close proximity to the many restaurants and boutiques and is with in easy walking distance to all main venues within central Byron.
The complex has a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, standard, superior and deluxe and caters for family holiday stays. Apartments are categorised, dependent upon their size and position to sea views.
Most of the apartments have been recently renovated are air conditioned and tastefully decorated. All apartments have self contained kitchens, dishwasher facilities and laundries with washing machines and dryers.
Standard room arrangements offer a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom.
For any extra persons to those apartments sleeping 4 or 2 persons, a sofa bed or rollaway can be arranged for an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Just as we plan to take the very best care of you and your group, our house rules are required in order to ensure all guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Please be respectful of fellow guests, residents and our teams.
Charges will apply for unnecessary callouts, security attendance and the like. Minimum callout from $150 &/or eviction may result. Where Security is required to attend, the entire cost will be passed onto those responsible. Breaches include but are not limited too:
• Parties, including Bucks & Hens parties.
• Guests on balconies, in courtyards or BBQ area after 10pm.
• Unregistered guests in the complex after 10pm.
• Request for assisted entry or lockouts after 5pm.
• Noisy, offensive, unruly behaviour at any time.
• Large groups congregating in apartments or on balconies at any time.
• Outside guests using Pool or BBQ areas
• Unregistered guests, or exceeding max allowed, staying in apartments.
Car park -1 car space per unit & No parking allowed in staff parking or loading zones at the rear of the building.
Please note that any vehicles parked on property are parked at the vehicle owner and/or driver’s own risk and neither the Owners Corporation, Management or Staff accept any liability for any damage or theft of a vehicle or its contents.
Pool/BBQ Areas – For the use of registered guests ONLY
Lounges cannot be reserved. Belongings will be removed by Staff if left on unused lounges.
For the consideration of other guests, please clean BBQ after use, or any common areas/outdoor dining etc.
Smoking – No Smoking in apartments. $330 charge for steam cleaning following departure.
Smoking is permitted on Balconies, but please close the door to the apartment. Charges will apply if apartment smells of smoke or if any butts/ash is scattered below.
Cleaning – If a unit left in an unacceptable state such as rubbish/bottles/dirty dishes: min charge $110
