We can't wait to see you soon. So you can check-in and breeze your way through Byron with ease, please find some useful information below:

• Check-in is from 3pm. If arriving after 8pm, please let us know and we will provide you with details for self check-in. Check-out is a leisurely late 12pm.
• If arriving early, we can happily store luggage until your room is ready. You're also welcome to use our facilities (including pool, spa, tennis court) if arriving early or leaving later.
• Celebrating a special occasion? Contact us to include a bottle of bubbles, wine or beer in your room for arrival.
• Please note - all rooms are accessible via stairs only.
• Guests under 18 years are required to be accompanied by a parent.
• The Lord Byron will not accept Schoolies Bookings or guests travelling for Schoolies.
• Strictly no loud noise. Bookings travelling for Hen's or Bucks celebrations will not be honoured.
• Cots and rollaway beds upon request, subject to availability - surcharge will apply. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. prior to arrivals.
• Full prepayment will be taken 7-days prior arrival. A credit card surcharge of 2% occurs for payments with Visa or Mastercard. 3% for payments with American Express.
• Cancellation: Cancellation or modification is free up until 7 days prior to arrival date. Any modification, cancellation or in case of no-show within 7 days of the arrival date will result in the total price of the reservation being charged and no refunds issued.
